  • Buddy Pairing

    • Minimum (2) technicians per team for safety and accountability

    • Responsible for checking in with each other before and after shifts to ensure readiness

  • Daily Check-ins

    • Jobsite Safety Talks
      • Verify the teams' physical readiness (Right uniform, tools, plans, etc...) 

      • Verify Emotional Readiness (Stressed, Distracted? Have a talk) 

  • Safety Accountability

    • Anywhere/Anytime/Anyone Approach

    • Address unsafe behaviors constructively with the individual immediately

    • Address any unsafe conditions with superintendent and leadership immediately

    • Maintain clear communication between all parties

  • Recognition

    • Take time to recognize above and beyond efforts during Meetings/Team Gatherings

This workplace initiative is designed to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and support among employees. This program was curated so that all workers leave work as safely and intact as they arrived by fostering peer accountability, mutual support, and team collaboration. This aligns with our core values of safety, trust, and leadership, creating a positive and cohesive work environment. 

  • Ensure Workplace Safety: Reduce the potential for accidents and injuries with a jobsite dress code, proper training, and proactively identifying and addressing all jobsite protocols and hazards prior to work. 
     

  • Improve Morale: Create a supportive work environment where employees know they are valued, respected and appreciated.
     

  • Enhance Team Cohesion: Empowerment to look out for one another and feel comfortable addressing concerns or raising issues. Strengthens relationships among workers through mutual trust, collaboration and encouragement.
